Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and estimated transit is 3–10 business days within the U.S. Your final delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and every order ships with tracking.

U.S. shipping is free on orders over $70. Below that, the exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery with free U.S. return shipping. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

On personalized products you enter your text or upload your file right on the product page before adding to cart. We make the item exactly from what you submit, so please double-check spelling. Because they are made just for you, personalized items are only returnable if damaged or defective.

Every vintage kilim is one of a kind. After you order, we email you photos of the actual available pieces in your size and palette. You approve the exact piece before we ship it. If you don't approve any piece, we cancel and refund your order in full.

Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay are accepted.
