Shipping Policy
Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). However, during peak periods or high demand, processing may take up to 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Total delivery time (processing + shipping) will not exceed 15 business days under any circumstances.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in the email.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at aztrkcn@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
